XactCommerce Our Goal for XactCommerce:

To provide a mid-range accounting package for businesses between $1M and 100M revenues that supports multiple sites and computer platforms using a Web-based interface rather than the traditional application interface.

Super Thin Client
To install the software at any workstation is simply a matter starting up a Web Browser. Virtually any computer in the world that can reach the internet can work with this system. (requires Netscape Communicator 4.76+ or IE 5.5+, or custom Java Applet for PDA's)

The user interface may be customized to exactly mimic business forms and functions

Customers can enter orders directly into system via accepted on-line shopping interface and Vendors can report drop shipments

Data can be worked and viewed using sophisticated encryption technologies already built-in web infrastructure. This may be significantly more secure than traditional accounting packages if wireless networking is being used in your facility.

System automates several processes associated with e-commerce that are normally left to multiple systems often requiring duplicate entries and presenting coordination problems

Virtually the entire interface can be customized to fit the Client's needs, Custom forms and vital information can be stored in association with standard accounting information to allow a businesses normal forms to be used on-line to conduct business without duplication of effort because the accounting information is being recorded at the time the information is entered!
Flexible Deployment
Xactcommerce™ is available as a hosted ASP service which provides off-site reliability, but the client can also choose to purchase their own XactScript™ Server and host the site themselves or at a their own ISP facility.
Pure Java Application Server/XML based Technology with html transfer compression
XactScript™ is our own Application Server and Hosting environment for XactCommerce™. This environment is designed from the ground up and optimized for web-based accounting and e-commerce. It is generally provided on completely pre-configured x86 Linux or Sun Solaris Servers.
